We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Depending on the device, the manufacturer provides either a 6 or 12 month warranty. We now have a US based service center for faster service. In case of manufacturer's defects we will reimburse you your shipping cost to our facility. Your item will be repaired or replaced in the most expeditious way possible.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. In the rare instance you are unhappy with our product for any reason, other than warranty, you may return it within 7 days from the date of acceptance. It must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice and all paperwork. Shipping and insurance are the purchaserer's responsibility (insurance is required on all returns). There is a 30% re-stocking fee assessed on all returns after 7 but before 45 days. No returns are accepted after 45 days for any reason other than warranty. Thank you for understanding!
